(March 4, 2010) – Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Fuel) 2nd Class Kimaneskie Vance, a Sailor assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), completes an answer sheet during the E-6 advancement exam. Competitive standards for advancement have motivated Sailors in all rates to study hard and become experts in their respective fields.
